I found the perfect car in auto trader after looking for sometime. My initial contact with Alan Macdonald by telephone was memorable in the fact that immediately I felt at ease with his genuine interest. He kept me up to date with everything to do with the car personally. I spoke with the sales team and they went the extra mile to obtain an SD card for the maps. I was collected from the station, offered refreshments and my car was perfectly cleaned and ready. Alan even offered to meet me halfway since the journey was lengthy.
