I found the perfect car in auto trader after looking for sometime. My initial contact with Alan Macdonald by telephone was memorable in the fact that immediately I felt at ease with his genuine interest. He kept me up to date with everything to do with the car personally. I spoke with the sales team and they went the extra mile to obtain an SD card for the maps. I was collected from the station, offered refreshments and my car was perfectly cleaned and ready. Alan even offered to meet me halfway since the journey was lengthy. In this day and age customer service is practically nil so it was a complete surprise and a pleasure to have found such lovely people. Thank you guys for a painless and easy transaction.
