Travelled to Alan MacDonald cars from Newcastle to view a Nissan Navara. Only took the chance of travelling the distance after reading the reviews and speaking with James and Ryan over the phone, Cant say we were disappointed. James went the extra mile and any concerns were put to ease when dealing with him. The car was exactly as advertised and the lads were down to earth without the Swiss Toni attitude !

I can not praise the 2 Alans and Ryan the valeter enough, they are first class guys and although I was able to view the car before purchase the car was as fully described on the website and as I had a small problem after purchase they promptly dealt with by collecting the car and return after it was rectified

After bad experience with a different garage my wife and I were very apprehensive about buying again, however that was very quickly put to bed by Ryan from the first call I spoke to him and then visiting the garage meeting both Alan and Ryan and of course the fabulous Monty.
There was no hard sell, no pressure, and they took the time to listen to our concerns and answer the many many questions I had. We found our perfect car, and it's been amazing. Ryan called a week or so after we bought the car to see how we were getting on and I happened to mention a extremely minor thing I had noticed and they have gone out their way to fix the issue at no cost to myself.
Nothing has been too much trouble for either of them! We can't thank you both enough for being so phenomenal with us and giving me my perfect car.
